Amie K. Kirk

Amie K. Kirk, 41, of Byesville, Ohio passed away on Sunday (March 7, 2021).  She was born in Cambridge, Ohio on December 24, 1979.

In addition to her parents, Jill (Olnhausen) and Mark Hickman, she is survived by two children, Brendon Rossiter and Faith Rossiter; grandparents, Karl and Shirley Olnhausen; sister, Kaci (Chad) Kinnan; step- sister, Jennifer Beard; step- brother, Josh Hickman; Uncle Fritz (Wendy) Olnhausen; Aunt Sue (Tim) Cady; nieces, Kaiana and Kali Young; nephews, Levi and Jude Kinnan; and nephew, Kaiden Wallace, who held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Karly Eldredge.

Amie was a fighter who beat all odds from birth. Through the years she overcame many obstacles related to her congenital heart defect. Most recently, she bravely fought cancer, offering herself to experimental medicine and treatments. She was an avid fan of THE Ohio State Buckeyes, rarely missing a game.  She will be very missed by her family and friends who were blessed to be in her presence.
