Amy Mae Miller, 35, of Cambridge, died Thursday (April 27, 2017) at the James/OSU Medical Center, Columbus. She was born April 3, 1982 in Cambridge, daughter of Dale Miller and Karen (Kozub) Luka. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Louis Kozub, Robert Miller, Gary Lucas, and Joe Hammond; great-grandparents, Decatur and Marguerite Miller; great-grandmother, Anna Armstrong; and an uncle, Robbie Kozub. She is survived by and leaves to cherish her father, Dale (& Gale) Miller; her mother, Karen (& Alec) Luka; grandparents, Reta Miller, Veronica Miller, Marylyn Hammond, and Sue Lucas; two brothers, Robert Miller and Travis (& Renee) Miller; two stepbrothers, Gary Lucas and Eric Glass; many aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews; many friends, including her close special friends, Tony and Helen Ross, and her very special friend, Tom. Visitation will be held Wednesday (May 3, 2017) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Mark Stinson officiating.
