Andrew Angelo Cordaro Jr.

Andrew Angelo Cordaro Jr., 67, of Cambridge, died Saturday (March 3, 2012) at Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 8, 1944 in Detroit MI, son of Andrew Angelo Cordaro and the late Rose Marie (Bibby) Cordaro. Mr. Cordaro was a steel worker for many years. He was a US Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Denise (Pierce) Cordaro, who died March 19, 2008; a brother, Gary Baker; and a sister, Conchetta Latina Cordaro. He is survived by his father, Andrew Angelo Cordaro of Mesa AZ; a son, Lamont Cordaro of Columbus; two daughters, Aimee Day of Cambridge and Cara (& Fred) Gibson of Cambridge; three half-brothers, Ricky Krause, Randy Krause, and Jimmy Krause; a half-sister, Patty Baker; thirteen grandchildren, Kaila Bar, Courtney Bar, Sarika Cordaro, Love Lee Cordaro, Angelina Rain Cordaro, Haven Lee Anthony Gibson, Fred Adam Gibson Jr., Falon Joyce Sue Gibson, Brittany Nicole Duffin, Peggy Jan Dansby, Brett Michel Anderson, Aimee Anderson, and Alexandra Anderson; and a great-grandson, Joshua Jack Dansby. Private family services will be held. Burial will take place at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, at a later date.
