Annabelle Lee Robinson, 84, of Cambridge passed away Tuesday (September 8, 2009) at Red Carpet Health Care Center. She was born April 2, 1925 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Jack and Eva (Jirles) Carpenter. Annabelle loved to play bingo with her friends at the Senior Center, work crossword puzzles, travel and shop. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The family would like to thank all her friends for the lovely cards and flowers. They meant a lot to Annabelle and she loved reading all the nice words of encouragement. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Brian K. Robinson and two brothers, Paul and Frank Carpenter. She is survived by her husband, John H. Robinson; three sons, Ronald L. (Janice) Dennis, Jerry W. Robinson, and Dean A. (Helena) Robinson; one daughter, Cynthia K. (Mark) Wagner; one brother, Jack (Isolda) Carpenter; two sister-in-laws, Jo Carpenter and Betty Carpenter; seven grandchildren, Ronald T. Dennis, Jacqueline S. (Michael) Bowman, Jennifer R. (Alex) Robinson-de Portillo, John A. Robinson, Jason D.(Ashley) Wagner, Jonathan R. (Kelly) Wagner and Ashley N. (Jason) Lee; five great grandchildren, Janessa and Aleesha Dennis, Cayden, Michelle and Zachary Wagner. A graveside funeral service for the family will be held at the Old Washington Cemetery. Family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of Guernsey, P.O. Box 1165, Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
