Annette S. Fraley, 64, of Quaker City, died Wednesday (August 17, 2011) at the Emerald Pointe Nursing Home, Barnesville. She was born July 23, 1947 in Franklin, daughter of the late Raymond Fraley and Kazella (Long) Fraley. She was the owner & operator of Annette's Beauty Shop for many years. She was a 1965 graduate of Miflin High School of Columbus. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond "Bud" Fraley. She is survived by a son, Adam (& Jessica) Fraley of Salesville; a brother, Kelly (& Pat Eckhart) Fraley of Columbus; a sister, Bonita Nowakowski of Las Vegas NV; two grandchildren, Alex Fraley and Owen Fraley; her nieces and nephews, Shelly Benton of California, Deana April Fraley of Columbus, Meghan Fraley of Indianapolis IN, Sandy Fraley and Billy Fraley both of Delaware, and Michael Nowakowski of Las Vegas NV; and an aunt, Madeline Long of Pleasant City. Family and friends may call on Friday (August 19, 2011) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Mark Slay officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Columbus. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Annette's name may be made to the Kennonsburg United Methodist Church, 57599 Kennonsburg Rd, Quaker City OH 43773.
