April Joy Enochs, 54, of Cambridge, died Friday (Oct. 3, 2014) at Cambridge Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 7, 1960, in Cambridge, daughter of the late Louis L. Edwards and Norma C. (Potts) Edwards. Mrs. Enochs worked many jobs in area throughout her life, including the state hospital and McDonald's. She was a 1977 graduate of Cambridge High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jack L. Edwards; and a grandson, Jeremiah Enochs. She is survived by her husband, Charles F. Enochs of Cambridge, whom she married on Dec. 31, 1980; a son, Charles R. Encohs of Cambridge; a daughter, Christina L. Enochs of Cambridge; a brother, Robert (Karen) Edwards of Cambridge; two sisters, Judith (Bob) Bowman and Delores Harbin of Cambridge; a grandson, Xavier; a granddaughter, Anna; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and a very special dog named Gracie. Calling hours will be Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge. Additional calling hours will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Funeral services will be Tuesday (October 7, 2014) at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ben Mosco officiating. Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.
