Ashley Nicole Burroughs

Ashley Nicole Burroughs, 21, of Quaker City, died Monday (August 25, 2014) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. She was born October 23, 1992 in Zanesville, granddaughter of Shirley McCort and daughter of Roger Burroughs and Valerie (Castello) Baker. Miss Burroughs was a 2011 graduate of Buckeye Trail High School. She was Christian by faith. She is survived by her grandmother, Shirley McCort; her parents, Roger Burroughs and Valerie Baker; a sister, Rachel (& Michael) Gergye and their son, Brexton, of Columbus; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved her dearly. Visitation will be held Saturday (August 30, 2014) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Larry Jellison officiating.
