Belva K. Edwards

Belva K. Edwards, 93, of Cambridge, died Sunday (October 11, 2015) at Greystone Health & Rehabilitation Center, Cambridge. She was born June 29, 1922 in Senecaville, daughter of the late Brice W. Keller and Leah (Secrest) Keller. Mrs. Edwards was the assistant vice president of new accounts at the former Cambridge Savings for many years. She was a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and loved her OSU Bowl trips with Carl Anker. She was always ready to go and made sure she looked her best. She loved all the time she spent with her family. Mrs. Edwards was a member of the Senecaville United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Senecaville High School and the Office Training School of Columbus. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Normand D. Edwards, who died June 9, 1980. She is survived by a son, Mike (& Cheryl) Edwards of Cambridge; a stepson, Ronald G. (& Candee) Edwards of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Doug (& Kathryn) Edwards of Worthington, Kevin Edwards of Hilliard, Brad Edwards of Upper Arlington, Karen Edwards of Grove City, Ron Edwards Jr. of Lancaster, Carter Brown of Cambridge, and Audra Brown of Whitehall; a great-grandchild, Karina Brown; a sister-in-law, Beatrice Romeo of Columbus; and four nieces, Jane (& Mac) Swinford of Columbus, Janice Jackson of Senecaville, Mary Jo (& Chuck) Yonker of Senecaville, and Kathy Milton of Senecaville. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held Thursday (October 15, 2015) at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Senecaville Cemetery.
