Betty Mae Barnhart

Betty Mae Barnhart, 72, of Cambridge, died Thursday (May 19, 2011) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. She was born October 19, 1938 in Guernsey County OH, daughter of the late Willard Dingus and Alice (Thornton) Dingus. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Jean Cobb; and a brother, Robert Dingus. She is survived by two sons, William "Jake" Barnhart of Cambridge and Terry (& Lisa) Barnhart of Cambridge; two brothers, James (& Kathi) Dingus of Cambridge and Michael Dingus of Cambridge; three sisters, Norma (& Edward) Secrest of Cambridge, June Ann (& Bill) Cobb of Belle Valley, and Joann (& Charles) Flesher of Bonita Springs FL; five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and several nieces & nephews. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held on Monday (May 23, 2011) at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
