Betty W. Shedlock

Betty W. Shedlock, 94, of Cambridge, passed away Tuesday (May 14, 2013) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. She was born November 6, 1918 in Barnesville, daughter of the late Jesse Windom and Eleanor (Denny) Windom. Mrs. Shedlock was a homemaker. She was Catholic by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Shedlock Sr., who died February 19, 1985. They were married August 23, 1941. Also deceased are two brothers; two sisters; a son-in-law, Paul Lambert; and her long-time companion, Joe Kiraly. She is survived by three sons, Robert (& Gina) Shedlock of Strongsville, Carl (& Marilyn) Shedlock of Alexandria VA, and Steve (& Debbie) Shedlock of Pickerington; two daughters, Therese (& Don) Kasper of Cambridge and Cecilia Lambert of Columbus; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Saturday (May 18, 2013) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge.
