Beverly June Fisher

Beverly June Fisher, 71, of Cambridge, passed away Monday (January 26, 2009) at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. She was born on June 26, 1937 in Guernsey County, daughter of the late William Ellsworth Todd and Leona Belle (Slay) Todd. Mrs. Fisher retired from NCR, where she had been an inspector for many years. She enjoyed working in her yard and tending to her flowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Fisher Jr., who passed away on April 6, 1995; a sister, Freda Todd; and six brothers, Hershel, Kenneth, Charles, Raymond, Paul and Harold Todd. She is survived by three sisters, Shirley (& Richard) Stillions of Buffalo, Barbara (& Fred) Hollins of Cambridge and Patricia Todd of Cambridge; two brothers, Richard Todd of Cambridge and Junior (& Jan) Todd of Manassas VA; several nieces & nephews; her devoted caregiver, Tammy Hollins of Cambridge; and her pet dog, SaySay. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will be held on Friday (January 30, 2009) at 1 p.m. with Rev. Randolph White officiating. Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.
