Beverly E. (Fogle) Brown

April 27, 1936 — October 20, 2021

Beverly E. (Fogle) Brown, 85, of Zanesville, died Wednesday (October 20, 2021) at the Adams Lane Care Center, Zanesville.

She was born April 27, 1936 in Byesville, daughter of the late Clyde Fogle and Ruby (Edwards) Fogle-Robinette.

Ms. Brown had worked as a retail clerk at Moore's Jewelry of Cambridge and also at DeVine Pharmacy of Zanesville.  She had also been a driving instructor for several years.

She attended the North Terrace Church of Christ in Zanesville.

Ms. Brown enjoyed playing the organ and singing.  She also enjoyed cooking, especially making her peanut butter fudge.  She had a great sense of humor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frenzel Brown; a sister, Vivian Fogle; and a son, Michael Bailey.

She is survived by three daughters, Tina (Matt) Moretti of Wooster, Susie (Todd) Dee of Huntley IL, and Diane Stump of Zanesville; five grandchildren, John (Mary) Bailey of Illinois, David (Claire) Bailey of Illinois, Shawn Bailey of Zanesville, Megan (Josiah) Beers of Pennsylvania, and Don (Emily) Moretti of Tennessee; and eight-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday (October 26, 2021) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Josiah Beers officiating. Friends and family are welcome, but due to COVID-19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.

Burial will be at Senecaville Cemetery, Senecaville.

As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to any local Hospice organization of the donor's choice.
