Bonnie Jean Gordon

Bonnie Jean Gordon, 76, of Cambridge, died Friday, December 7th, 2018 at her home.

She was born on October 15th, 1942, in Cambridge, daughter of the late James & Ethel (Rayner) Stewart.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Teddy Lee Gordon, who passed away on June 16th, 1999; two brothers, Richard and Joe Stewart and a grandson, Larry Wilson Evans III.

Bonnie was a lifelong homemaker and she loved being outdoors, in the sun, gardening and working in her yard.  She was a former member of the Eagles and Moose Lodge in Cambridge.

Mrs. Gordon is survived by a son, Donald (& Deborah) Campbell of Byesville; four daughters, Cynthia (& Ronnie) Beatty of Fleming Island, Fla., Julie (& Jeff) DeCaro of Box Elder, SD, Bonnie (& Mark) Sigman of Frazeysburg, and Teri Gordon of Lore City; five brothers, Russell (& Cathy) Stewart, Buddy (& Lisa) Stewart, Bill (& Beth) Stewart, Jake (& Sandy) Stewart, and Rex (& Sherry) Stewart, all of Cambridge; two sisters, Mary Neff of Byesville and Sandy (& Jeff) Watson of Cambridge; fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; her special friend Vonnie Green and her beloved English Bulldog "Amp". and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 11th from 11 am to 1 pm at Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge.

The funeral service will follow visitation at 1 pm, with Pastor Randy Mercer officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Byesville.
