Brent Alan Gunn Sr.

Brent Alan Gunn Sr., 62, of Winterset, died Monday (June 17, 2019) at his home.

He was born November 3, 1956 in Cambridge, son of the late Ralph Beal Gunn Sr. and Nelva (Gibson) Gunn.

A 1974 graduate of Madison High School, Mr. Gunn was a very hard-working man of high integrity.

He cherished his grandchildren and they always brought a smile to his face.

Mr. Gunn was an avid horseman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Gunn Jr. and Larry Gunn; and a sister, Janet Hickenbottom.

He is survived by two sons, Brent (& Kelly) Gunn Jr. of Summerville SC and Benjamin Gunn of Orrville; four grandchildren, Shea Gunn, Avery Gunn, Daisy Gunn, and Blake Gunn; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his companion, Teresa Bistor of Cambridge.

No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services will be held at this time.
