Bruce L. Archer, 57, of Kimbolton, died Monday (December 27, 2021) at his home.

He was born February 5, 1964 in Cambridge, son of the late James Archer and Carolyn (McCoy) Archer.

A 1983 graduate of John Glenn High School, Mr. Archer retired from Picoma Industries where he had worked as a pipe threader for two years.  He had previously worked at Aldon Supply for eighteen years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, and fixing everything.  He loved spending time with his family & friends.  He never met a stranger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepbrother, Monte Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy (Miller) Archer, whom he married April 29, 1983; a son, James (Bridgette) Archer of Cambridge; a daughter, Lori (Travis) Stonebrook of Kimbolton; a sister, Debbie Archer of Coshocton; a stepsister, Kathleen (Ron) Tom of Dresden; a grandson, Aiden Stonebrook; and an aunt, Evelyn (Bill) Walker of Cambridge.

Visitation will be held Thursday (December 30, 2021) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastor Phil Murphy officiating. Friends and family are welcome, but due to COVID-19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.
