Carlos A. Peterson

Carlos A. Peterson, 50, of Cambridge, died Monday (June 7, 2010) at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. He was born June 20, 1959 in Columbus, son of James Peterson Sr. and Loretta (Rose) Djalatta. Mr. Peterson was a US Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Peterson. He is survived by his father, James (& Rosemary) Peterson Sr. of Cambridge; his mother, Loretta Djalatta of Palm Coast FL; four sons, Carlos Peterson Jr. of Oklahoma, Keith Peterson of Oklahoma, Charles Peterson of Indiana and Kevin Peterson of Arkansas; a daughter, Virginia Peterson of Arkansas; four brothers, James (& Patricia) Peterson of Columbus, Doug Peterson of Cambridge, Troy Peterson of Cambridge and Brett Carr of Dallas TX; two sisters, Dr. Shelley Sanetti of Indianapolis IN and April (& Kevin) Massey of Cambridge; two grandchildren, Sadie and Katie; his grandmother, Vivian E. Rose; and several nieces & nephews. Family and friends may call on Monday (June 14, 2010) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Randolph White officiating. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, with military graveside services conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.
