Carolyn S. Hackney, 66, of Cambridge, died Thursday (February 13, 2014) at the Riverside Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Newcomerstown.
She was born April 17, 1947 in Buffalo, daughter of the late Donald Clark Campbell and Martha Carolyn (Schaar) Campbell.
Mrs. Hackney was a homemaker.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Cambridge.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and with her cat, Fluffers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Hackney; a brother, John Campbell; and a sister, Sherry Campbell.
She is survived by a daughter, Roseann "Josie" (& Sonny) Miller of Kimbolton; two sisters, Jane (& Bill) Hickman of Cincinnati and Mona Kay Campbell of Byesville; three grandchildren, Breanna, Kaylee, and Logan; a niece, Jasmine Painter; and many other loving family members.
No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services will be held at this time.
