Cecilia Anne Van Horn, 75, of South St. Paul, Minnesota passed away Saturday (September 11, 2010) at Southeastern Ohio REgional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday (September 16, 2010) at Northwood Cemetery with Fr. Robert Borer officiating.
