Chad Allen Chase

Chad Allen Chase, 55, of Byesville, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022, at his home.

Chad was born May 13, 1966, in Cambridge, Ohio, a son of the late Fred Chase and Betty Saffell.

Chad worked for the Guernsey County Senior Center for nine years, and the Soft Cloth for twelve years.

Chad was an outdoorsman who loved camping, fishing, listening to the radio and loved his family.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his stepson, David Wylie, and his brother Roger Tessler of Kingsmine, Ohio.

He is survived by his sisters, Clara (Leo) Shaw of Cambridge, Dodie (Don) White of Cambridge, Bonnie Fulton of Washington, Donna (Glenn) Davis of Cambridge, Reda (Charles) Thompson of Cambridge, Martha Meckley, Loretta Chase, and his brothers, Bobby Chase of Cambridge, and Tim Chase of Lore City, his daughter, Heidi (Matthew) Totman of Cambridge, his stepson, Brian Wylie, and his grandchildren, Nathan Dovenbarger, Kaitlynn and Chance Totman, and Daymian and Dryhten Wylie.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge, with services to immediately follow at Northwood Cemetery in Cambridge.

Family and Friends are welcome, but due to COVID- 19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.
