Charlene Kelly

Charlene Kelly, 80, of Freeport, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024, at the Embassy of Cambridge.

Charlene was born on December 9, 1944, in Williamsburg, Virginia, a daughter of the late James Culver Webb Louis (Gale) Mitchell.

Charlene enjoyed sewing and quilting.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepfather, John Wray, and her sister, Carrie Wray.

Charlene is survived by her husband, Michael Kelly, whom she married on March 14, 1981, and her two sisters, Robin Wray, and Katie Wray.

There will be no services held at this time.
