Charles M. Lodge

Charles M. "Chuck" Lodge, 83, of Lore City, formerly of Winterset passed away Tuesday (July 3, 2018) at Country View Assisted Living.

He was born July 27, 1934 in Bannock, Ohio and was the son of the late Mahlon V. and Florence T (Estep) Lodge.

Mr. Lodge previously worked at Carl Kuemmerling Assoc., Belden Brick and the Coca-Cola Plant. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two infant sisters; three sisters, Jeanette Casterline, Juanita Laughman, and Phylis Cramblett; one brother Willard Lodge.

He is survived by one daughter Christine (Richard) Molisee of Cambridge; one brother Dale (Carol) Lodge of Winterset; four sisters, Carolyn (Robert) Thatcher of PA, Elizabeth (George) Montgomery of Antrim, Elaine Bean of Winterset, and Emily (Roger) Beal of Winterset; two grandchildren, Cory (Melissa) Molisee and Clinton Thompson; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

No calling hours will be observed.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Antrim Presbyterian Cemetery with Pastor Merlin Wentworth officiating.
