Charles Lester Pitt Jr.

Charles Lester Pitt Jr., 20, of New Concord, died Friday (Nov. 21, 2014). He was born Nov. 7, 1994, in Cambridge, son of Charles Lester Pitt Sr. of Cambridge and Tonya Hughes of New Concord. He was employed by Burger King and was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Cody Morris and Jacob Pitt, both of New Concord; three sisters, Leslie Pitt of New Concord, Melody Morris of Zanesville and Heidi (Paul) Sano of Cambridge; maternal grandfather, Dan Daugherty; paternal grandfather, Charles E. Pitt; paternal grandmother, Debbie McFaden; nieces and nephews, Ava Morris, Brayden Morris, Mariana Sano and Paul Sano III; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Willey; grandfather, Clifford Hughes; and grandmother, Shirley Daugherty. Visitation will be Wednesday (November 26, 2014) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will begin at 8 p.m.
