Charlotte Evelyn Mayberry

Charlotte Evelyn Mayberry, 85, of Massillon, died Tuesday (July 20, 2021) at the Laurels of Massillon.
She was born December 25, 1935 in Massillon, daughter of the late Hockshall Johnson and Laura (Blake) Johnson.
Mrs. Mayberry was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Wayne Johnson, Bucky Johnson, Myrtle Whipkey, Betty Johnson, Imogene Johnson, and Dorothy Johnson.
She is survived by two sons, John H. Butler and Kevin A. Butler; two daughters, Deborah Selman and Brenda Slagle; two brothers, Carl Johnson and Dale Johnson; three sisters, Ruth Rushin, Barbara Johnson, and Phylis Johnson; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday (July 29, 2021) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m.
Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.
