Clara Ann O'Connor

Clara Ann (Truman) O'Connor, 63, of Cambridge, died Thursday (January 27, 2022) at her home.

She was born December 27, 1958 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Albert Truman Sr. and Lilian (Dansby) Truman.

Mrs. O'Connor had formerly worked at the Cambridge Holiday Inn.

She loved working crossword and jigsaw puzzles.  She collected Mickey Mouse memorabilia as well as Chinese memorabilia.  She loved The Ohio State Buckeyes.  She always looked forward to her weekend family card games.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Francine Walker.

She is survived by her husband, Steven O'Connor, whom she married March 16, 1998; a son, Ricky (Davanna) Drake Jr. of Washington; three brothers, Albert (Rosa) Truman Jr. of Florida, Randy Truman of Cambridge, and Gregory Truman of Cambridge; a sister, Gertrude Truman of Cambridge; a grandchild, Maurice Drake of Washington; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday (February 3, 2022) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Randolph White officiating. Friends and family are welcome, but due to COVID-19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.

Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
