Constance "Connie" Hensley Ferrell, 67, of Salesville, died Saturday (September 25, 2010) at the Genesis Morrison House of Zanesville. She was born September 16, 1943 in Baltimore MD, daughter of the late William "Bill" Hensley Sr. and Elizabeth Lucille (Davis) Hensley. Mrs. Ferrell was a retired tax consultant. She served for fifteen years as the agent for the Greyhound Bus Station in Cambridge. She earned her associate's degree in communications from Ohio University. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Britt Ferrell; and a sister, Marjorie Hensley Williams. She is survived by her husband, Ray Ferrell of the home; a son, William Joseph "B.J." Ferrell of Old Washington; three daughters, Vicki (& Jaime) Nealy of Virginia, Susan Kimberly Ferrell of the home, and Joy (& Jerry) Costello of Salesville; three brothers, William (& Pam) Hensley Jr. of Salesville, Richard (& Mary) Hensley of Maryland, and John Hensley of Maryland; a sister, Lynda Hensley of Maryland; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Family at friends may call on Tuesday (September 28, 2010) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Old Washington Cemetery.
