Curtis Ray Green, 73, of Quaker City, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025, at his home.

Curtis was born on May 5, 1952, in Cambridge, a son of the late Lester and Mary Helen (Gibson) Green.

Curtis was a 1970 graduate of Meadowbrook High School and worked as a stationary engineer. Curtis was a member of the American Legion in Batesville. He was a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson’s and especially loved his dogs and making people laugh.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Curtis is survived by his special niece, Annette (David) Sichinia, stepdaughters, Carla (Jim) Powell of Quaker City, Melissa Carper, and Jenny (Rick) Taylor of Barnesville, his brother, Ron (Patty) Green of Burlington, Indiana, his grandson, Michael and his nieces, Andrea (Chris) Miles, and several others.

Calling hours will be held Friday, December 19, 2025, from 11AM-1PM with the service to immediately follow at Thorn Black Funeral Home in Quaker City. Burial will follow at Friends Cemetery.
