Daniel "Dan" Levi Phillips

Daniel "Dan" Levi Phillips, 63, of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at his home.

Dan was born on May 28, 1962, in Cambridge, the son of the late James Donald and Delores Jean (Ice) Phillips.

Dan was a 1981 graduate of Cambridge High School and was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He worked as a nutritionist for the State Hospital. Dan was a former member of the Eagles and Moose lodges. He enjoyed playing lottery tickets, Ohio State University football and spending time with his kids and granddaughter.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant sister, his nephew, Alan Phillips and his sister-in-law, Mary Phillips.

Dan is survived by two daughters, Lacie (Joseph) Rebstock of Cambridge, and Chelsea Phillips of Zanesville and his step-daughter, Gracie Danford of Cambridge, five brothers, James (Joyce) Phillips Jr. of Cambridge, Wayne (Elaine) Phillips of Cambridge, Frank Phillips of Cambridge, Tommy (Linda) Phillips and Mark (Lori) Phillips of Cambridge, his favorite granddaughter, Cami Rebstock, his girlfriend, Pam Touvell, his nieces and nephews, Amy, Craig, Ashley, Amanda, Angie, Corey, Eric, Markey, and Raymond.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
