David "Mike" Michael Patterson

David Michael "Mike" Patterson, 55, of Cambridge, passed away Wednesday (July 17, 2013) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, with his family at his side. He was born September 23, 1957 in Cambridge, son of the late Frank Patterson and Marie (Harper) Patterson. Mike was a member of the Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Spangler; two brothers, John "Hump" Harper and Art Sayre; and an infant sister, Debbie Jane. He is survived by two sisters, Cynthia Campbell of Cambridge and Sherry (& Glenn) Bates of Norwich; a brother, Joe (& Lorie) Patterson of Cambridge; and many nieces & nephews. Family and friends may call on Friday (July 19, 2013) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Martin Hennessy officiating. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, at a later date.
