Deborah Louise Stanley

Deborah Louise Stanley, 57, of Cambridge, died Sunday (May 23, 2010) at her home. She was born February 5, 1953 in Dayton, daughter of James H. Sweigart Sr. and Mary Jean (Gleason) Sweigart. Mrs. Stanley was a loving wife and mother and bus driver for the Cambridge City School District. She loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and NASCAR. She also enjoyed flower gardening and bird watching. She was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Schwartz. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, William Stanley of the home; a son, Leonard Jerome (& Amanda Lynn) Polasky of Cambridge; two daughters, Deborah Ann (& Mark) Mauri of Gahanna and Mary Louise Polasky of Cambridge; three brothers, James Sweigart Jr. of Highland Heights KY, Charles (& Paula) Sweigart of Seattle WA and Bill (& Sheryl) Sweigart of Atglen PA; five sisters, Sister Myra Jean Sweigart of Manitowac WI, Theresa (& Dan) Daley of Waukesha WI, Christine (& Frank) Daugherty of Lore City, Catherine Wiley of Highland Heights KY and Judy (& Mike) McCourt of Sardis; a brother-in-law, Bill Schwartz of Harrisonburg, VA; five grandchildren, Austin Polasky, Levin Polasky, Alyssa Polasky, Brianna, and Maxwell Walker; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. No calling hours will be observed. A private memorial service will be held for the family. As an expression of sympathy, the family requests that donations be made in Deborah's name to one of the following organizations: 1) Hospice of Guernsey Inc., PO Box 1165, Cambridge OH 43725; or 2) Cambridge Regional Cancer Center, 1410 Clark Street, Cambridge OH 43725.
