Deloris J. Barton

Deloris J. Barton, 71, of Cambridge, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday (August 12, 2021) at Southeastern Med, Cambridge.

She was born August 4, 1950 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Harold Barton and Beulah (Smith) Gibson.

Ms. Barton was a former employee of NCR, a waitress, and a licensed cosmetologist.

She was a member of The Anchor Church of Cambridge.

Ms. Barton was a member of the Byesville VFW Post 3760 Ladies Auxiliary.  She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, playing cards, arts & crafts, and going to church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Jennifer Hostutler; a daughter, Cheryl Seebach; a brother, Clarence Barton; a sister, Betty Dennison; five aunts; and five uncles.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Berg of Caldwell and Scott Hrinko (Misty Hutchison) of Cambridge; two daughters, Tamara Louden of Camden WV and Jennifer (Brandon) Lovejoy of Cambridge; a sister, Shirley Paxton of Zanesville; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday (August 16, 2021) from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Josh Christman officiating.
