Denver D. Goff, 83, of Cambridge, died Sunday (September 9, 2012) at his home. He was born December 12, 1928 in Harrisville WV, son of the late Andy Goff and Oma (Law) Goff. Mr. Goff retired from Hamilton Beach. He had many fond memories of his years as a long haul truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and woodworking. He loved the time spent with family and friends, as he was quite the storyteller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of forty-five years, Ethel (Holub) Goff, who died January 8, 2010; and several brothers & sisters. He is survived by his two daughters, Kimberly Dycus and her husband, Dean, and Roslyn Neuhart and her husband, Fritz; and six grandchildren, Mathew, Allison, Nathan, and Ryan Marshall all of Melbourne FL, and Austin and Clinton Neuhart both of Dublin. Family and friends may call on Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held on Saturday (September 15, 2012) at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Keith Leach officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Byesville.
