Diana S. Dorton

Diana S. Dorton, 71, Salesville, passed away Saturday June 7, 2014 at The O.S.U. Medical Center. She was born September 17, 1942 in Jenkins, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Wilmer and Betty Estes Yonts. Diana worked at the Perdue Chicken Company as an office manager. She was a member of the Quaker City Baptist Church. Diana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. She is survived by her husband, Curtis Dorton, one son, Douglas (Sarah) Horne, Spokane, Washington; one sister, Janie (Alan) Wade, Knoxville, Tenn.; and one grandson, Nicholas Horne. Calling hours will be Monday from 3-5:00 pm and 7-9:00 pm, and Tuesday from 10:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Quaker City.
