Donald Lee Helsel

Donald Lee Helsel died Wednesday (September 16, 2015) surrounded by his family. He fought a long hard battle with cancer and never gave up, he is now in peace and pain free. He was the son of the late Paul Helsel and Mary (Biddle) Helsel Price and was born April 27, 1950. He was preceded in death his wife Mary Ellen (Hardy) Buckius Helsel whom he married November 25, 1993 and passed away February 11, 2009; siblings, Patricia Biddle, Ronald Helsel (his twin), Richard, James, Jack, Gene Biddle and Thomas Helsel. He is survived by his sons, Jeremy Helsel of Port Washington and Jeremy Belt of West Lafayette; a grandson Rain Austen Belt; a brother Paul (Linda) Biddle of Zanesville; sisters-in-law, Janet Hardy, Beverly McKim and Susie (Richard) McKim; brothers-in-law, Raymond Hardy Jr., William and Sandy Hardy, Roy (Barb Hudson) Hardy; his little buddies, Aaron Hardy and Kylie Rose; several nieces and nephews, Brittany, Louie, Chris, Nick, Amanda, Blake, Beth, Violet, Tonya, Cassie, Courtney, William, Jessi, David, Drew and families. No calling hours or services will be observed.
