Doris J. Reeves

Doris J. (Lepi) Reeves, 86, of Senecaville, died Sunday (August 16, 2020) at Astoria Place of Cambridge.

She was born August 4, 1934 in Cleveland, daughter of the late Paul Lepi and Helen (Kresak) Lepi.

Mrs. Reeves was a homemaker.  She loved working on crossword puzzles, playing Yahtzee, fishing, and cooking.  She cherished spending time with her grandchildren.

She was a member of Christ Our Light Parish.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Winston Reeves, who died August 1, 2018.  They were married September 15, 1954.  Also deceased are two sisters, Stella Gardener and Jacqueline Slater; a son, Daniel Reeves; and a granddaughter, Rebecca Reeves.

She is survived by three sons, David (Carol) Reeves of Byesville, Timothy (Carrie) Reeves of Cambridge, and Mark Reeves of Cumberland; two daughters, Judy Winans of Cumberland and Susan (Glen) Davis of Senecaville; three sisters, Paula Mathews of Medina, Cathy (Jerry) Church of Pleasant City, and Theresa (Tom) Stacey of Columbus; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces & nephews.

Graveside services & burial will be held at 2 p.m. Friday (August 21, 2020) at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge, with Father Paul Hrezo officiating.
