Earl Forshey Sr.

Earl Forshey Sr., 53, of Salesville, passed away Wednesday (August 23, 2006) at his home, where he had been under Hospice care for one month. He was born July 27, 1953 in Akron, son of the late Norman Forshey Sr. and Delores (Mitchell) Forshey. Mr. Forshey was a truck driver for thirty years. He also owned and operated Town or Country Mobile Truck & Tire Repair. He enjoyed fishing and his job. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James Earl Forshey. He leaves his wife, Karen (Johnston) Forshey of the home, whom he married on March 20, 1976; a son, Earl (& Jennifer) Forshey Jr. of Akron; a daughter, Brandy (& Ronnie) Masters of Salesville; three brothers, David (& Nancy) Forshey of Akron, Norman (& Lisa) Forshey of Michigan and Robert Forshey of West Virginia; a sister, Tillie "Marlene" (& Randy) Sink of Salesville; grandchildren, Ashley, James, Dakota, Rhonda and one expected arrival; several nieces, nephews & close friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday (August 25, 2006) at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Hoy Oligney officiating.
