Eddie Lee Stavely Jr., 87, of Cambridge, died Friday (April 27, 2018) at Morrison House in Zanesville.
He was born July 29, 1930 in Florida, son of the late Eddie Lee Stavely and Nellie (Smith) Stavely.
Mr. Stavely owned the Zane Ette Drive-In Restaurant of Old Washington. He loved music and poetry.
He was a Baptist by faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Vorhies; a sister, Marge Kendel; and a great-grandchild.
He is survived by his wife, Doris M. (Hill) Stavely; a son, Eddie Lee (Winifred) Stavely III of Cambridge; two daughters, Lorrie (Wesley) Doudna of Barnesville and Melissa (Steve) Mathews of Wellston; a brother, Joe (Joyce) Stavely of Cambridge; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday (April 30 2018) at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Steve Mathews officiating.
Entombment will be at Northwood Cemetery Mausoleum, Cambridge.
