Eileen F. (Heckman) Howard

Eileen F. (Heckman) Howard, 83, of Cambridge, died Sunday, August 15, 2021, at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center.

She was born on March 10, 1938, daughter of the late Louie and Helen (Taylor) Heckman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Howard, whom she married on October 6, 1956, and who passed away on November 13, 2011.

Eileen was a lifelong homemaker, who enjoyed embroidery and puzzles, and who loved spending time with her family, especially, with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Kim (& Barry) Ramsay of Cambridge; a brother, Jerry (& Priscilla) Heckman of Pensacola, Fl.; a sister, Vicki Heckman of  Thief River Falls, MN; a grandchild, Ryan (& Tessa) Heavilin of Cambridge; two great-grandchildren, Jackson and Evey Heavilin of Cambridge; several nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge has been entrusted with arrangements.
