Elizabeth D. Mosser

Elizabeth D. Mosser, 93, of Titusville FL and formerly of Lancaster OH for fifty years, died Monday (August 31, 2009) at the Parrish Medical Center, Titusville FL. She was born September 18, 1915 in Byesville, daughter of the late John Glass and Agnes (Gates) Glass. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and also collecting bells. She was a graduate of Byesville High School. She was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Titusville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Mosser, who died in February of 1981; three brothers, Richard Glass, George Glass and Gene Glass; and three sisters, Lena Sherby, Mildred Robin and Dorothy Sweeney. She is survived by four sons, Gene (& Marilee) Mosser of Crawfordsville FL, Kurtis (& Margaret) Mosser of Orlando FL, Joel Mosser of Aurora CO and Gary Mosser of Birmingham AL; a brother, William (& Betty) Glass of Titusville FL; a sister-in-law, Wanda Glass of Massillon; five grandchildren, Gerald Mosser, Edward Mosser, Thomas Mosser, Julie (& Jose) Delgadillo, Courtney Mosser; and a great-grandchild, Andy Mosser. Family and friends may call on Wednesday (September 9, 2009) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will follow at 11 a.m. with Father Robert Borer officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Cambridge.
