Everett L. Grim

Everett L. Grim, 72, of Cambridge, died Tuesday (May 8, 2012) at his home. He was born March 7, 1940 in Greentown, son of the late Osney Grim and Mabel (Miller) Grim. Mr. Grim was a retired truck driver for PGT (Pat Gallagher Trucking of Canton). He was a member of the Freedom Worship Chapel. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie 386 of Cambridge and also the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Center of Cambridge. Mr. Grim was a US Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy (Farrence) Grim; and two brothers, Donald and Myron. He is survived by a son, Jason (& Linda) Grim of Mineral City; five daughters, JoElla (& Nick) Paratore of Austin TX, Tonya Grim of Norton, RoAnn Brannon of North Canton, Cassandra Grim of New Concord, and Ashley Grim of Byesville; a sister, Louise (& Elwood) Bolyard of Bolivar; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. No calling hours will be observed. A memorial service will be held Saturday (May 19, 2012) at 2 p.m. at the Freedom Worship Chapel, 10 Weedon Avenue, Cambridge. Military honors will be conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Everett's name be made to your local American Cancer Society Relay for Life fund.
