Geraldine Chappel

Geraldine Ann Chappel, 70, of Newport, Tennessee, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022.

She was born February 4, 1952, in Willoughby, Ohio, a daughter of William Zabukovec and Clarice Holly.

She was a laundry worker at Geneva on the Lake. Geraldine was a Christian by Faith and was a member of the VFW and American Legion.

Geraldine is preceded in death by her husband, David Chappel, whom she married on September 28, 1984.

Geraldine is survived by her sons, Michael (Paula) Beverlin of Marietta, Stanley (Mary) Beverlin of Fairport Harbor, and David Chappel of Painesville, her daughters, Tonya Chappel and Crystal Chappel of Painesville, her brother, Thomas (Lori) Zabukovec of Madison, many grandchildren, one great granddaughter, Baby Girl (Love of her life) and many friends.
