Gertrude E. Gapinski

Gertrude E. Gapinski, 70, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday (May 28, 2011) at Cumberland Pointe Nursing Home, St. Clairsville. She was born July 21, 1940, in Indiana, Pa., the daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Catherman) Oligher. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth (Pamela) Gapinski of Warren, Mich., and Randy (Sarah) Gapinski of Fraser, Mich.; a stepson, Mark Gapinski of Ann Arbor, Mich.; five grandchildren, Madison, Joseph, Nathan, Tyler and Nicholas; and a close friend, Bunny In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Gapinski; and a son, Theodore Hankinson. Visitation will be at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, on Tuesday (May 31, 2011) from 3 to 5 p.m. with a brief personal service at 5 p.m.
