Harold L. Wallace, 81, of Londonderry, died Thursday (March 7, 2013) at Mt. Carmel - St. Anne's Hospital in Westerville. He was born July 3, 1931 in Guernsey County, son of the late Daniel Clyde Wallace and Bessie Ellen (Bell) Wallace. Mr. Wallace was employed by North American Rockwell Department of Defense. He also retired from various culinary positions. He was a supporter of the Buckeye Trail Girl's Basketball program. He was Methodist by faith. Mr. Wallace was a US Army veteran, having served during the Korean War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Samuel, Raymond, Abe, Elmer, and Gene. He is survived by a son, Todd Wallace of Londonderry; a daughter, Marilyn (& Stan) Stine of Westerville; two brothers, Charles Robert Wallace of Michigan and Earl Mac Wallace of Kimbolton; a sisters, Hattie Violet Braniger of Kimbolton; two grandchildren, Adam Stine and Benjamin Stine; and several nieces & nephews. Family and friends may call on Thursday (March 14, 2013) from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Terry Litton officiating. Burial will be at Kimbolton Cemetery, with military graveside services conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.
