Hazel I. Rataiczak

Hazel I. Rataiczak, 95, of Quaker City, died Saturday (February 10, 2007) at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, Cambridge. She was born May 3, 1911 in Noble County, daughter of the late John DeLong and Alice (House) DeLong. Mrs. Rataiczak was a homemaker. She attended the Palestine Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Rataiczak, who died in 1985; a son, Curtis Rataiczak; a daughter, Marlene Potochnik; a brother; and a grandchild. She leaves a sister, Bertha Mercer of Quaker City; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will be held on Monday (February 12, 2007) at 2 p.m. at Friends Cemetery, Quaker City, with Rev. William Pickenpaugh officiating. Burial will be at Friends Cemetery, Quaker City.
