Helen M. "Chee Chee" Russell

Helen M. "Chee Chee" Russell, 60, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday (Oct. 6, 2012) at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. She was born July 21, 1952, in Cambridge, to the late Nathan Hollins and Helen M. (Payton) Hollins. She was a former employee of March Electric. She was a Christian by faith. She loved cooking and having her family around. She also loved fishing. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers, Ted, James, Richard, Bill, Frank, and Michael Hollins; and a granddaughter, Myah Russell-Conner. Survivors include two daughters, Julie Russell and Tara Russell, both of Cambridge; four brothers, Harold (Brenda) Hollins of Cambridge, Nathan Hollins of Sacramento, Calif., Thomas (Bonnie) Hollins of Cambridge and John (Kelly) Hollins of Cambridge; and three granddaughters, Tyrrane Russell, Chris Gregory II and Divine Jackson. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, with funeral services Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
