Helen Irene Johns

Helen Irene Johns, 76, of Cambridge, died Tuesday (April 15, 2014) at Red Carpet Health Care Center, Cambridge.

She was born August 21, 1937 in Berwinsdale PA, daughter of the late Ashley Brink and Florence (Holes) Brink. Helen was one of thirteen children and her siblings included Carl, Raymond, Leroy, Conrad, Marion, Alma, Isabelle, Geraldine, Joy, Naomi, Emmajan, and Betty.

Helen was a homemaker. She also had worked as a nurse's aide for Helping Hands of Lancaster.

She was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church and also a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by two sons, Roger Allen Johns of Columbus and Keith (& Melissa) Johns of Zanesville; and three grandchildren, Chantel, Kailyn, and Brandon.

No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services will be held at this time.

Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, at a later date.
