Helen "Kathy" Katherine Jones

Helen Katherine "Kathy" Jones, 67, of Winter Garden FL and formerly of Cambridge OH, died Tuesday (February 18, 2014) in Winter Garden. She was born October 14, 1946 in Zanesville, daughter of the late David Fulton and Thelma (Palm) Fulton Hoffman. She married Dennis Lee Jones of Cambridge OH on September 4, 1966. He died December 4, 2008. Kathy and Dennis are now together, hand-in-hand forever. Kathy was formerly employed as a preschool teacher and aide at Conway Methodist Preschool in Orlando FL. She was a 1964 graduate of Zanesville High School. Kathy was a member of the First Christian Church of Cambridge OH and later became a member of Pershing Avenue Christian Church and also St. Luke's Methodist Church, both of Orlando FL. Kathy was well-loved by all that knew her and she touched many lives with her loving personality and compassion. She, like her late husband Dennis, will be sadly missed beyond words by many. She is survived by a daughter, Carie Lynn (Jones) Milligan of Winter Garden FL; a grandson, Jason Lee Milligan of Winter Garden FL; a sister, Becky (Fulton) Pritchard and brother-in-law, Danny Pritchard of Indianapolis IN; two nieces, Jennifer Pritchard and Jill (Pritchard) Mirabelli; a nephew, Daniel Pritchard; a step-brother, Danny (& Peggy) Mitchell; and several cousins, aunts, and great-nieces & great-nephews. She is also survived by members of her late husband's family, a brother-in-law, Ed Jones and Nancy Douglas of Cambridge; a niece, Shelly Jones; two nephews, Scott Jones and Todd Jones; and a sister-in-law, Bobbie Sue (Jones) Hunt. Visitation will be held Saturday (March 1, 2014) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Deborah Bolen officiating. Burial will be at Center Cemetery.
