Jacqueline D. Wheeler

Jacqueline D. Wheeler, 48, of Cambridge, died Friday (June 11, 2021) at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

She was born December 26, 1972 in Cambridge, daughter of Jack Melchiori.

Ms. Wheeler was a receptionist at Ohio Smiles for several years.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Justine Stanley.

She is survived by her father, Jack Melchiori of Kimbolton; a son, Braden Wheeler; and a daughter, Averi Wheeler.

No calling hours will be observed.

Private burial services will be held at the convenience of the family at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
