James H. Gray

James H. Gray, 70, of Quaker City, died Saturday (November 9, 2019) at Astoria Place of Barnesville.

He was born February 15, 1949 in Shelby, son of the late Lloyd William Gray and Madgel (Householder) Gray.

A 1969 graduate of Barnesville High School, Mr. Gray was a retired truck driver and milkman.

He was a member of the Pennyroyal Ruritans.

Mr. Gray was a US Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis J. (Coffey) Gray, who died February 22, 2010. They were married December 30, 1970. Also deceased is a son, Michael Wayne Gray; and a daughter, Michele Leigh Gray.

He is survived by a son, Bill (& Heidi) Gray of Quaker City; and three grandchildren, Kyle Gray, Trevor Russell, and Austin Gray.

No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services will be held at this time.
