Jane A. Burt

Jane A. Burt, 57, of Cambridge, died Tuesday (October 12, 2010) at Genesis-Good Samaritan Medical Center, Zanesville. She was born February 21, 1953 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Glenn Holland Burt and Julia Ann (Sarchet) Burt. Miss Burt was a laborer at Salt Fork State Park for many years. She was brought up in the Nazarene Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Burt and a brother-in-law, Eugene Romine. She is survived by a son, Jeff Burt of Cambridge; two brothers, James Edgar Burt of Cambridge and Walter Eugene (& Jannell) Burt of Byesville; a sister, Judith Kay Saffell of Byesville; two grandchildren, Marcella and Skylar; several nieces & nephews; and an aunt & uncle, Bill and Mary Davis of Cambridge. Friends may call on Friday (October 15, 2010) from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge. No funeral services will be held.
