Janet C. Watkins, 78, of Salesville, died Thursday (November 15, 2018) at her home.

She was born September 25, 1940 in Charleston WV, daughter of the late James C. and Francis Surber.

Mrs. Watkins was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy L. Watkins, who died March 11, 2014; and a daughter, Brenda Klass.

She is survived by a son, Bob Watkins of Salesville; three daughters, Wanda Watkins of Parma, Sandy (& Jim) Foose of Parma, and Karen (& Jay) Willis of Cambridge; two brothers, Larry (& Judy) Surber of Grafton and Danny (& Cathy) Surber of Cleveland; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.
